Engineered Design of Shoreline Protection Solutions in Somerset County,
MarylandIn partnership with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Lower Shore Land Trust (LSLT) will be seeking sealed bids for the engineering and environmental design of a living shoreline restoration in Somerset County. Funding for this project comes from the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) authorized under the Clean Air Act Section 137, for greenhouse gas reduction through natural carbon sequestration. This project is categorized under Roots for Resilience: Strong Roots for a Changing Landscape.
